My background

I have worked in international and domestic leadership roles, including as a country director, team builder, and lead for change processes, sales, and project management. I know what it is like to be led, and what it is like to lead under pressure. I also know that leadership is never just strategy — it is presence and being, something people instinctively sense.

By education, I am

  • I hold a Master’s degree in Food Economics (University of Helsinki), with a specialization in communication and change leadership, and I have studied change leadership since 2002
  • I am an ICF-certified systemic business coach and mentor
  • A spiritual coach and long-standing practitioner of mentoring work (since 2012)
  • I bring trauma awareness, a therapeutic background, and work as a facilitator of inner transformation
  • I am a pioneer in inner growth and feminine leadership
  • I believe that a leader cannot renew an organization unless they are willing to renew themselves and come closer to the core of being human. The best teams mature with depth — without losing playfulness and a sense of humor
